Interested in canning and preserving your own food, but not sure where to start?  Then join Heather for a class!  Heather teaches an interactive workshop on home canning.  Heather has been canning and preserving our families harvest for 20 years, some of which you may have enjoyed at our farm store.  This workshop covers safe home canning and preserving practices and techniques.
